  • Do I have to order the Hamper of the Week or can I only order the products I need?
    You don't need to order the Basket of the Week, you can compose your Personalized Basket, just with the products you want, in the quantities you want.
  • Is it mandatory to place a fixed order or can I order punctually?
    It is not mandatory to subscribe to a fixed delivery. You can order punctually, only when it is convenient for you.
  • Is there a minimum amount?
    If you choose the Hamper of the Week, you have three size options, with previously stipulated values: L - 27 euros, M - 17 euros, S - 13 euros. If you choose the personalized basket, the minimum order value is 16 euros.
  • How many changes can I make to the Basket of the Week?
    Changes must be requested in the notes/comments space that exists before checking out the Shopping Cart. You can ask: - up to 3 changes in Basket L - up to 2 changes in Basket M - up to 1 change in Basket S In the event that the products ordered have a higher value than those dispensed, we will make an adjustment to the value of the basket. In case they have a lower value, we adjust the weight in order to maintain the value of the basket.
  • What if these changes aren't enough?
    In that case, opt for a personalized basket, totally tailored to you. Just add the products you want, in the quantities you want to the shopping cart. Please note that the minimum value of the Personalized Basket is 16 euros.
  • Do you deliver to my address?
    We deliver to the municipalities of Sintra, Cascais, Oeiras, Amadora, Lisbon, Odivelas, Loures, Almada, Seixal and Barreiro. We can deliver to your home, workplace or wherever is most convenient for you!
  • What days of the week can I receive my basket?
    We deliver on Thursday and Friday.
  • How far in advance do I have to order?
    You must order by Tuesday at 2 pm, to receive the following Thursday or Friday. On Wednesday we will send an email indicating the day and approximate time of delivery.
  • What if I am not available to receive the basket?
    We can take your timetable into account if you let us know in advance, preferably when placing the order. Before checking out the shopping cart, in the "add a note" field, let us know what time you will be available or if you can only receive on a certain day.
  • Do I have to pay delivery fee?
    Yes. The fee is fixed, regardless of the order value. The final amount payable is what appears in the shopping cart.
  • Can I schedule a fixed order?
    Yes, joining our Pede Salsa Club. So you don't need to send a new order every week, we always count on your order. If you need, you can order extras to add to the fixed order. This new order or any change must reach us by 2pm on Tuesday. Otherwise, your basket will be counted as agreed.   • Can I cancel my order?
    Cancellations are accepted until 2pm on Tuesday. After that time, your order starts being processed, products ordered from suppliers and delivery plan work done with it. We appreciate your understanding. If you cannot receive it, we would appreciate you suggesting an alternative address where to deliver.
  • Should I keep the cardboard box where the basket is delivered?
    Yes. We reuse the box, so we ask that you keep it until the next delivery, at which time you can return it. We don't charge for the box, but it comes at a cost and can be used multiple times as long as it's in good condition. So we appreciate you returning it. You will be helping us and helping the environment!
  • Are your products organic?
    Our baskets are not exclusively organic. We have some certified organic producers as suppliers. We also have our own production, but we don't have a certificate. In our garden, from which some of the products in the basket come, we do not use any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. We only use natural processes to control pests. If you want to visit us, in Monte da Caparica, we will be happy to show you our vegetable garden! Other products come from vegetable gardens and orchards of small producers in the Mafra region, who practice non-intensive and sustainable agriculture. We choose the best suppliers, with whom we have personal contact! The fact that we often find snails and other animals, such as ladybugs, guarantee us the quality and absence of harmful products. We bring you quality and freshness in national products - all - produced as closely as possible.
  • Do you have a store where I can pick up my basket?
    We don't have a physical store, but we have two collection points, in Lisbon, where you can pick up your basket: Mercearia Rota do Sul - near Jardim da Estrela, and Aromas Reais Gourmet, at Rua Castilho, nº 50.
